The Challenge
Smile Studio Dental was a specialized clinic offering niche services — invisible aligners, dental implants, and pediatric dentistry — but their website was a generic template that couldn't compete for local search terms against larger chains with bigger marketing budgets. New patient inquiries were mostly through word-of-mouth, with the website generating almost no appointments independently. Their Google Business Profile was unclaimed, and there were no patient reviews visible in search results, which hurt trust with prospective patients comparing options in Chennai.
Our Solution
We redesigned the clinic's website with service-specific landing pages optimized for local intent searches, claimed and fully optimized their Google Business Profile, and set up a review generation process that increased their visible rating. Each service page was written to answer the questions patients actually type into Google — 'is the procedure painful', 'how long does it take', 'is it permanent' — not just clinical feature lists. We configured conversion tracking so the clinic could see which pages were generating appointment form submissions and phone calls, enabling ongoing optimization.
Our Approach
Website Redesign & Service Pages
Rebuilt the site with a clean, trust-forward design. Each key service got a dedicated landing page structured around patient journey: what the problem looks like, what the procedure involves, expected outcomes, and a clear booking CTA. Used real clinic photography wherever possible rather than stock imagery to improve authenticity in local searches.
Google Business Profile Optimization
Claimed and fully completed the clinic's GBP with accurate categories, services, opening hours, photo gallery, and service-specific descriptions. Set up review request SMS templates that went out post-appointment via the clinic's practice management software, generating consistent review flow. Responded to all existing reviews to signal active management.
Local SEO & Content
Identified the highest-volume local dental search terms in Chennai and mapped them to existing and new content. Published FAQ-structured content answering common patient questions around each service. Built consistent NAP citations across 15 local health directories to strengthen local authority signals.
Tracking & Reporting
Configured GA4 with event tracking on appointment form submissions, phone number clicks, and WhatsApp button taps. Set up a monthly report covering organic traffic by service page, GBP actions (calls, direction requests, website clicks), and review count growth — giving the clinic a clear picture of digital performance.
